"A learning community in the Catholic tradition where students are encouraged to reach their potential."

Supporting the Community

" For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me."

Matthew 25: 35-43

It is important for students to understand that doing things for others makes the world a better place and that we have the ability to positively affect others. We have reached out to Chez Nous, Riverview Healthcare Centre, Terry Fox Foundation, and the Heart and Stroke Foundation to provide donations and volunteer help. Students also help fundraise for two student groups within Our Lady of Victory School (Graduation and Grade 6 Camping Trip) through casual days and bake sales. As society bombards us with the idea of selfishness and self-centredness, it is even more important to understand that we are a community and others' needs sometimes outweight our own. We must see Jesus in everyone we meet.
