Student learning is not confined to the classroom or school grounds. Throughout the year, students will have the opportunity to go on class field trips to enhance their learning experience and to broaden their understanding. Taking a school bus to Manitoba Museum, Deer Meadow Farms or Fort Whyte Alive are immensely valuable for students to get hands-on learning as well as real life experience. For some students, this might be their only chance to do something like this. We feel that to give a well-rounded education that learning must also take place outside the classroom and field trips are one of ways we do that.
Please be ready 5 minutes before your pick up time. If there is an issue with the bus service, please call First Student at 204-253-5942.
