There are many responsibilities for anyone who is choosing to rent Our Lady of Victory School. The rental agreement must be complete before key cards are given out. Violating the agreement may cause you to lose your damage deposit as well as your gym rental time. Please review the agreement and the conditions that are stipulated.
- Cost is $40 per hour (minimum of 1 hour is required).
- Damage deposit is required ($150) and will be returned at the end of the rental period.
- Monthly payment is required if the rental period is ongoing.
- Booking can be done through email, phone, or in person.
- Key Cards are used to gain access to the gym.
- Gym closures: Good Friday and a few days during Christmas break and summer for floor cleaning.

- Monday - Friday from 5pm-11pm
- Saturday from 7am-11pm
- Sunday from 7am-11pm
Key Cards will give you access to the gymnasium. It will grant access to the gym 15-20 minutes prior to rental time till 15-20 minutes passed your rental time. Replacement cost for lost or unreturned Key Cards is $10.
The gym may be booked back to back leaving no time in between renters. Renters must exit the gym no later than the time that has been granted to them stated on the rental agreement.
