Welcome to Our Lady of Victory School

OLV is the only Kindergarten to Grade 8 multiage Catholic school in Manitoba that provides an affordably, quality education to children from all religious backgrounds. Staff, student, and parents work together to promote an environment in which each student can achieve their potential and become positive roles models. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment that fosters creativity, responsibility, and the development of relationships that are essential to growth and a strong sense of self-worth.

School News and Covid-19 Updates - as of April 1

  • Classroom closure will be indefinite mean that it might last till the end of the school year. 
  • Remote learning is still happening. Teachers will continue to provide work and learning by various ways. 
  • School plan for engaging students, student and parent check-ins, and technology needs is currently being worked on.
  • Teachers will provide work digitally and or through paper printouts which parents or students can pick up through the school.

Contacting Your Teacher

  • The best way to contact your teacher is through email. Click here to see their email address.
  • Other ways are up to the individual teacher. Some use Remind, Class Dojo, Google Classrooms, etc. Email your teacher to find out the best way.
  • Teachers will be phoning families they have not heard from to touch base.

Office Hours

  • Office will be open as of Monday, April 6, from 9am to 3pm
  • You can call or drop in to pick something up
  • Parents may pick or drop things off but must remain at the front entrance or outside

School Bus

Please be ready 5 minutes before your pick up time. If there is an issue with the bus service, please call First Student at 204-253-5942.

Buses will not run if the temperature is colder than -45oC with the windchill based on the weather at the Forks.
